Hoyt does not expect to be profitable until late 1999. Costs per sales are currently “astronomical if you count marketing and business development costs,” he says, noting that without those two factors, costs per sale range between $50 and $500. Hoyt bemoans what he calls the “necessary evil” of striking expensive alliances with portal sites in order to spread the company name and brand.

A Seminar With Faroukh Master Part 1

Pravastatin for Heart Patients with Average Cholesterol
Two new studies add to the growing chorus of good news about statins, the widely used cholesterol-lowering drugs. Recent research has shown that statins help prevent heart attacks in people with coronary artery disease and high cholesterol and improve the odds of survival.
