These women are a different demographic from our personal training clients. Living Large Around The World
‘I am spending your inheritance.’ That was my mother’s comment to me last week from just outside of Ottawa where she lives. We both laughed out loud.
In the last six months my mother, at 64 years of age, has decided to see the world. She has recently taken a two-week cruise through the Mediterranean Sea stopping at the ports of Istanbul, Athens, Rome, Naples, Florence, Cannes and Barcelona.
